Rhizome PR, established six years ago, is looking for an exceptional account manager or senior account manager to join its team.

Based on Regent Street, Rhizome is a small but rapidly growing PR agency that specialises in representing SMEs. We like to see ourselves as a next-generation PR agency. We think and work like journalists (the directors are all ex-hacks) and pride ourselves on our ability to tap into the breaking news agenda.

You will be willing to get involved in a huge variety of tasks including ideas generation, writing press releases and features, organising and attending journo/client briefings, crunching data and crisis management. We work a bit like a news agency, so it's a fast-paced and exciting working environment. For the right person, this is a fantastic opportunity to help play a major role in the growth of this PR firm.

It goes without saying that you will have excellent people skills, be confident and articulate, possess a sound grasp of current affairs and polished writing skills, together with a nose for a good story. Right now, you’ll probably be a junior account manager or an SAE, looking for more responsibility.
